Terms
Use of this site
This website is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Case descriptions are drawn from public records and published reporting, with sources listed on the pages where they appear.
Consultation deposit
A consultation is reserved with a deposit of $7,500, paid in cryptocurrency through the payment processor linked from the consultation page. The deposit is credited toward the cost of the consultation. It is not refundable, including if you do not attend the consultation, because the time is reserved exclusively for you and is not offered to anyone else.
The deposit is not a retainer and does not engage the firm for any matter. Any engagement is created only by a separate written agreement signed by you and the firm. Paying the deposit does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Deposits are accepted in the currencies offered by the payment processor. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible once confirmed on the network. If a payment is sent in the wrong currency, on the wrong network, or to an address not issued by the processor, the funds may be unrecoverable.
